2019 OPEN HOUSE No.9: 42 HERTFORD ROAD N2 9BU
After studying Fine Art Sculpture at Wimbledon College of Art (University of the Arts) I went on to complete a Master of Arts in Sculpture at the Royal College of Art, where I was awarded the Henry Moore Scholarship.
Whilst still at the Royal College of Art, I started exhibiting my work and was invited by Keir Smith to exhibit with The London Group at Morley Gallery, London. In the same year, I was selected for the Whitworth Young Contempories exhibition, Manchester.
During my MA, I had begun to develop an interest in teaching and combined my studies with working in education at Camden Arts Centre. After graduating from the RCA, I worked for four years as the Administrator of Chisenhale Gallery. During this time, I continued to teach as a visiting artist on BA Fine Art courses.
I have continued to combine teaching with my own painting practice and regularly exhibit portraiture, still life and landscape.
