Open House Information

The EFO Artists' Open House Weekends have been organised every summer for the past 7 years and this, our 8th took place on 2nd & 3rd and 9th & 10th July.

The Open provided a golden opportunity to visit local artists in their homes and studios to discuss and admire their work.

There were 19 Open Houses with over 51 new and established members and their guests displaying their work, which is all unique, hand made and for sale. On show were paintings, prints, ceramics, photographs, textiles, wood, glass and jewellery, sculpture and willowwork. The standard of work was as always very high and offered the visitors wonderful variety.

We welcomed faithful followers and many new faces. Despite the economic climate, EFO artists enjoyed two successful weekends and the feedback from visitors was very positive. This is the focal point in the EFO's calendar of events and has grown in popularity and success over the years.
