| An Open Competition celebrating East Finchley in Photos In 2007, the East Finchley Open hosted a local community photographic competition for the first time. We asked people to send in a postcard sized photo evoking East Finchley on the theme: "Imagine - East Finchley" There are winners in two age categories, first prizes include a digital camera and camera-phone! Runners-up will receive top-up, photo printing vouchers or other prizes. Thanks to our sponsors, local businesses Gemini Photographic, Phone City and Andrews Opticians. The judges said there were lots of other good pictures, so the choices were difficult to make. Judge for yourselves when the full set are on show at the Phoenix cinema foyer.
