Infinite memories of Australian land and seascapes give voice to a new body of work in the melody of abstract expressionist paintings. Space, light, shadow and perspective form images overlaid with texture and essential earth based colours, Burnt Sienna, yellow ochre and Red Oxides.

Last year, Corrin completed an MA in Fine and Applied arts practice at University of Hertfordshire. Photography and image making related to the subjects of sacred land, people and sound are at the core of her practice. For her MA, she produced 3 short walking meditation films. In Following the Guides, she followed an Indigenous Australian on a sacred path, A Buddhist nun and Cedric Robinson OBE along the Morecambe Bay shifting sands. Following the Guides allows the viewer to accompany three acknowledged human guides on a series of walking meditations. By doing so and through absorbing the imagery, the work acts as a tool for contemplation and self-reflection.

This year she will be displaying Paintings locally at Chorak Café and Queenswood Cafes in Muswell Hill. Later in the year she will be at Candidarts in Islington and the local Christmas Fair with the EFO.
