I first began my work with fibres in 1986 when I emigrated to virginia, USA and lived on the family farm. There I had my own flock of coated sheep and was able to follow the entire process from sheep to product.
Since returning to England in1993 I have continued spinning, felting, embroidering and making my unique hand made cards. I still use the fleece from my sheep and I still love what I do.
I also work as a District Nurse and am a reiki practitioner. I live in hampstead garden suburb with my two children and to keep things equal, my two cats.
