I produce functional porcelain objects in my workshop in North London as a fulfilment of a childhood desire of making things with my hands. The fluidity of porcelain spiralling between my fingers allows a shape to appear reflecting my inner emotions and deeper thoughts. I use the chemistry of multicolored layered glazes and very high temperatures to create the exciting individuality of the finished products.
The tactile objects carry my memory of landscapes of my birthplace in Northern Italy and I hope they can be used in everyday life and in family celebrations. I have been a professional artist since 2007 when I graduated from the Harrow course. My work is sold at ceramic and craft fairs and from my studio on appointment and through various galleries in UK.
