Hand-thrown and painted earthenware with strong forms and surface treatment expressed in a bright and saturated colour palette, evoking Mediterranean associations.

Recent developments also include more restrained black and white designs.

Influences include Italian maiolica and Hispano-Moresque ware.

Decorative themes are often related to my passion for gardening.
