About me: David Godny's life as an artist spans over 30 years. His deep passion and respect for our natural world continues to influence his creativity. Having turned to photography in later life, this more immediate medium allowed David to express and share his passionate interest in wildlife, flora and fauna. Over the last 20 years David has travelled extensively capturing the dramatic wildlife and rugged landscapes in Africa and the wilder parts of Israel, America and Britain.

About my work: Whether painting or capturing nature's powerful and intimate images from behind the camera, David's creative output has been consistently inspired and influenced by the world around us. As an artist, the difficulty of achieving harmony between composition, form, light and colour is always a perpetual challenge. David's photographs are published in newspapers and magazines in the UK and internationally and his paintings and images are shown regularly at his open-house gallery in London.
