About me: Alex is a trained teacher and has taught art to adults and special educational needs students and ICT to primary school children. He currently works with special needs students at Fortismere School in Muswell Hill.

About my work: Alex studied fine art and the history of art at Camberwell College of Arts and works primarily in assemblage and collage. He makes pieces on a domestic scale largely from found objects and papers. His work explores various natural and expressive themes while the materials that he uses often make reference to the past and to issues of sustainability and endurance.
